Hier is een samenvatting:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanaf 01\/07\/23:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De aftrekbaarheid van benzine en diesel wordt beperkt tot 50% voor hybride bedrijfswagens die na die datum worden aangekocht.<\/li>\n<li>De aftrekbaarheid van personenauto&#8217;s op fossiele brandstoffen, aangekocht tussen 01\/07\/23 en 31\/12\/25, zal elk jaar degressief worden afgetopt tot 2028, of tot nul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vanaf 01\/01\/26:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiscale aftrekbaarheid zal niet langer mogelijk zijn voor fossiele brandstofauto&#8217;s die na deze datum worden aangekocht.<\/li>\n<li>Voor niet-vervuilende auto&#8217;s (100% elektrisch of andere technologie\u00ebn) die in de loop van 2026 worden aangekocht, zal de fiscale aftrekbaarheid 100% bedragen, maar in de daaropvolgende jaren afnemen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor meer informatie en details, zie het volgende artikel: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certifisc.be\/fr\/nieuws\/13294\/nouveau-reglement-sur-la-taxation-des-voitures-et-les\">Nieuwe regeling inzake autofiscaliteit en laadpalen: wat zijn de gevolgen (certifisc.be).<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geachte leden, Op 18\/05\/2021 werd een wetsvoorstel goedgekeurd door de federale regering dat nieuwe regels zal invoeren voor de belasting van auto&#8217;s vanaf 1 juli 2023.
